UPA The Gauntlet is a survival-style NBA 2K Pro-Am tournament where every team starts with 3 lives. Every matchup is played as a Best-of-3 series. Losing a full series removes 1 life. Once a team loses all 3 lives, they are eliminated from the competition. Teams are grouped on a live survival board based on how many lives they have remaining. Once only 4 teams remain, the Gauntlet stage ends and the event moves into a Final 4 playoff bracket. The Final 4 will be played as Best-of-3, and the Grand Finals will be played as Best-of-5.
